The purpose of this position is to serve as a case manager for participants in Adult and Dislocated and Youth programs.

Work involves making sure that participants receive information on the full array of appropriate services available for appropriate training and educational programs. Determines whether or not clients are eligible for WIOA services.

 

Applicants must have excellent computer and communication skills that will be tested. Applicants must posses the ability to follow oral and written directions, communicate information and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing. Applicants must have knowledge of appropriate testing instruments (Test of Adult Basic Education – TABE) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of clients.
